How It Works

1. Select Multiple SKUs
 – easily select the SKUs you want to update from your SKU Library table.

2. Launch Bulk Update
 – use the new “Bulk Update SKU Data” option to begin.

3. Choose Attributes to Update
 – select from a wide range of configurable attributes, including:

   • Manufacturer, Department, Category

   • Product values (ex/inc VAT), VAT rate

   • Dimensions and weight

   • Item handling instructions

   • Customs details (tariff codes, origin, descriptions)

   • Stock and product status flags

   • Product location

   • Custom fields (such as Hazard Codes or other contents flags
     

4. Set or Clear Values - enter new values to standardise data across SKUs, or leave blank to intentionally clear.

5. Review Changes
 – a clear summary screen lets you validate updates before applying them.

6. Confirm with Confidence
 – apply updates in one action, with instant confirmation once complete.
