We’ve made some exciting updates to our Shopify plugin resulting in faster load times, smoother processing and smarter shipping.

Lightning-fast performance

Orders now load significantly faster, even those containing large numbers of items. A new staggered-loading process ensures you're not left waiting while every detail is retrieved – your order is visible and usable almost instantly.

Smart Browser State Support

Refreshing a page or returning to the plugin no longer means starting from scratch. Your browser remembers more of your previous session, reducing delays and letting you jump straight back into your workflow.

Moving back and forth within the plugin is now noticeably more fluid, helping you regain your place with minimal interruption.

These speed improvements don’t just save time, they reduce friction for your team, making every shipping session smoother and more predictable.

Smarter parcel management

Shipping isn’t one-size-fits-all, and now the Shipmate Shopify plugin workflow reflects that. Our improved Parcel Management functionality gives you complete visibility of the items within each parcel, plus the flexibility to adjust them with ease before generating labels.

New capabilities include:

• View items in each parcel
  See a detailed breakdown of exactly what’s being shipped in each box. No more guesswork.

• Move items between parcels
  Easily reorganise shipments. Need to split items? Move fragile goods into their own parcel? It’s now as simple as dragging and dropping.

• Create New Parcels & Split Orders
  If an order needs to be shipped in multiple boxes, you can create new parcels instantly and manage distribution however you wish.

Support for multiple fulfilments

Our latest update provides true Multiple Fulfilments support built directly into the Shipmate plugin.

New functionality include:

• Clear fulfilment visibility
  See all fulfilments associated with an order, including ‘Unfulfilled’ and ‘Partially Fulfilled’.

• Select which fulfilment to process
  Choose exactly which fulfilment to process, letting you ship items in stock or fulfil pre-orders with ease.

• Fulfil remaining items
  If you prefer, you can also select “Fulfil Remaining Items” to ship all remaining, unfulfilled items together.

This means fewer mistakes, clearer workflows, and shipping that always aligns with exactly what your Shopify store expects.

With these updates, the Shipmate Shopify plugin now offers:
