The standard CSV export was helpful, but limited. Users told us they needed:

  Generate exports at either the Shipment or Parcel level depending on your needs.

  Customise delimiters, character encoding (e.g., UTF-8), file extensions including .csv, .txt, .xls, and more.

• Real-Data Previews
  Instantly preview your export format using a live Shipment reference – see exactly how the data will look before downloading.

• Smart Download Buttons
  Shipmate remembers your default or last-used export preference and shows the right button in the right place – no fuss, no clutter.

• Granular Permissions
  Admins can assign specific export formats to different user roles – especially useful for Enterprise customers.

Built With Security in Mind

Admins can disable CSV downloads entirely for General Users. Plus, the new system ensures that only permitted formats are shown and accessible.
