Did you know that quite a few carriers can be onboarded instantly from within Shipmate? - no verification calls, no test packs, no waiting.

Every carrier in Shipmate is labelled by how fast you can actually get moving, starting with the ones that need zero input from us - now labelled as ‘Instant Setup’.

Where a carrier still needs that extra step: a credentials check, a label test pack, a bit of carrier-side onboarding, it's not a Shipmate delay and we'll support you through it, but for a growing list of carriers, there's no extra step at all.

What "Instant Setup" actually means

If a carrier carries the Instant Setup badge, it means:

• You add your account credentials in Shipmate

• Your credentials are automatically and securely verified

• No test label packs, no waiting on a carrier's onboarding team

• You can be printing live labels within minutes of connecting the account

If a carrier doesn't carry the badge, it's not a red flag, it just means there's a step that needs a bit of coordination, usually because the carrier requires it, not because Shipmate does. We'll guide you through it either way.
