Peoplevox powers the warehouse operations of forward-thinking, dynamic brands such as Gymshark, Lounge Underwear, and our mutual customer Ohh Deer, facilitating accurate fulfilment operations at scale, powering growth and increasing customer satisfaction - all values we share at Shipmate.

When the hugely popular greetings card and stationery retailer Ohh Deer approached Shipmate to help improve their despatch operations and speed up parcel label generation, we were able to quickly accommodate their multi-carrier and subscription setup, and within a matter of days we partnered and integrated with Peoplevox to guarantee continuity of service for Ohh Deer and their customers respectively.

Since the adoption of Shipmate, Ohh Deer have benefited from an enriched WMS with the extended benefits that Shipmate provides, including automated routing, international delivery management, accurate parcel tracking and our unified, customer-facing tracking portal, as well as a huge cost saving on fulfilment processing. Ohh Deer fulfilment staff are now utilised more effectively, free to focus on more meaningful tasks with a huge reduction in manual data entry and customer support queries.
