Introducing the Tracking Portal Configurator

We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature live in Shipmate: you can now configure your customer-facing tracking portal directly within the app – no code, no support tickets, no hassle.

Shipmate already offers your customers a seamless way to track their parcels, no matter which carrier is used. Now, we're giving you full control over how that experience looks and feels, with a new in-app configuration tool for your tracking portal.

What's New?

You can now access everything you need to brand and customise your tracking portal from within the Shipmate Web Portal UI. This means you can:

  • Apply your brand logo

  • Choose a colour scheme that reflects your brand identity

  • Add delivery notes, including customer service details, returns policies, or anything else you want your customers to see

Best of all, you can preview changes in real-time, giving you complete confidence before you go live.

Set Up a Custom Domain for Your Tracking Portal

For a fully branded experience, set up a custom domain for your tracking portal such as tracking.yourdomain.com. Simply create a CNAME record that points your chosen subdomain to tracking.shipmate.co.uk. Once that's in place, head to the Tracking Portal tab in your Brand Settings and enter your Tracking Domain to connect it.

Setting this up first ensures your domain is ready to go when you configure it in Shipmate, creating a seamless, on-brand experience for your customers.
