Introducing the Shipmate Tracking Portal

The Shipmate Tracking Portal is a new facility that provides secure customer-facing access to delivery tracking of orders, all within a user-friendly, white-labelled portal.
You can easily create links from your website for your customers to track their parcels by order number or allow your customers to self-serve with zero configuration. By pointing a subdomain at the service, we can add your brand colours and logo to help it fit seamlessly within your web and ecommerce estate.
Customers see a list of all parcels within their order, along with a simple visual 5-step tracking progress bar from despatch to delivery for each of them, with all the detailed tracking events presented as we receive them from the carrier. Where available, we also include a tracking link to the carrier’s own tracking service for up-to-the-minute tracking event updates.
